1. Introduction to Vaww Services

Vaww ("the App") is a mobile application designed to help users find the perfect words for gift messages, create personalized gift cards, save favorite messages, set reminders for special occasions, and manage event notifications. The App is provided free of charge and does not require user account registration or login to access its core features.

By downloading, installing, or using Vaww, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Core Features and Usage Guidelines

Vaww offers the following key features, all of which are subject to the guidelines below:

• Gift Message Generation: Users can select gift type, recipient, occasion, and style to generate short messages for tags/ribbons and longer messages for cards. Users may add personal details to customize these messages.
• Gift Card Creation: Users can create gift cards using built-in templates, save them to their device's photo library, and print or share them as needed.
• Favorite Messages: Users may save their preferred messages for future reuse within the App.
• Reminders and Calendar Integration: Users can set reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events, add these events to their device calendar, and receive notifications 3 days prior to each date.

You agree to use Vaww only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit any part of the App for commercial gain or unauthorized use.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Vaww, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information when customizing messages or setting reminders (e.g., correct dates for events, accurate recipient details).
• Ensuring that all content you create or share using Vaww complies with applicable local laws and does not contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material.
• Maintaining the security of your mobile device, as Vaww does not store personal account information but may access device features (e.g., photo library, calendar) with your explicit permission.
• Understanding that reminder notifications are dependent on your device's settings (e.g., enabled notifications, calendar permissions) and Vaww is not liable for missed notifications due to device settings or technical issues.

4. Content Usage Rights

All pre-generated messages, templates, and design elements provided by Vaww are for personal use only. You may not sell, license, or distribute these elements without prior written permission from the App developers.

Any personalized content you create using Vaww (e.g., custom messages, edited gift cards) remains your property, and you are free to use, print, or share this content as you wish, provided it does not violate third-party rights.

5. App Updates and Changes

Vaww may receive periodic updates to improve functionality, add new features, or fix technical issues. These updates may modify certain features or how the App operates, and continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of Vaww at any time without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to inform users of significant changes through in-app notifications where possible.

6. Device and Data Access

Vaww may request access to the following device features to provide its core functionality:

• Photo Library: To save created gift cards to your device (access is optional and only granted with your permission).
• Calendar: To add event reminders to your device calendar (access is optional and only granted with your permission).
• Notifications: To send reminders for upcoming events (you may disable notifications at any time in your device settings).

Vaww does not collect or store any personal data on external servers for these features; all data related to favorites, reminders, and saved messages is stored locally on your device unless you choose to share it externally.

7. Limitations of Use

You agree not to use Vaww in any way that:

• Interferes with the normal operation of the App or other users' experience.
• Attempts to access or modify the App's underlying code or data storage.
• Uses the App to create or distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of third parties.
• Exploits the App for spam, advertising, or any commercial solicitation without authorization.

8. Continued Use of the App

This User Agreement applies to all versions of Vaww and any future updates or modifications. Your continued use of the App after any changes to this agreement means you accept the updated terms. If you wish to stop using the App, you may uninstall it from your device at any time.

Vaww is provided "as is" to help users create meaningful gift messages, and we strive to ensure the App functions reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
