1. Privacy Commitment

Vaww is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information remains secure. Unlike many mobile applications, Vaww does not require account registration, login, or the collection of personal identifiers (such as name, email, or phone number) to use its core features.

This Privacy Policy explains what data Vaww may access, how it is used, and the control you have over your information when using the App.

3. Local Data Storage (On Your Device Only)

All data related to your use of Vaww is stored locally on your mobile device and is never sent to our servers or any third parties. This includes:

• Favorite Messages: Any messages you save to your favorites list are stored only on your device.
• Reminder Settings: Details of birthdays, anniversaries, or other events you add for reminders are stored locally.
• Customized Content: Personalized messages, edited gift card templates, and any personal details you add to messages are stored on your device.

You retain full control over this local data. Uninstalling Vaww will delete all locally stored data associated with the App from your device.

4. Optional Device Permissions

Vaww may request access to certain device features to provide specific functionality, but these permissions are optional, and you may decline them without affecting core App functionality:

• Photo Library Access
  • Purpose: To allow you to save created gift cards to your device's photo library for printing or sharing.
  • Data Handling: Vaww only accesses the photo library to save files you create; it does not read, modify, or access existing photos unless explicitly authorized by you (e.g., if you choose to import an image into a gift card template).
  • Control: You can revoke this permission at any time in your device's settings, which will prevent future saving of gift cards to your photo library but will not delete existing saved content.
• Calendar Access
  • Purpose: To add event reminders (birthdays, anniversaries) to your device's native calendar app.
  • Data Handling: Vaww only adds events you explicitly create to your calendar; it does not read, modify, or delete existing calendar events.
  • Control: You can revoke this permission at any time, which will prevent future calendar integration but will not remove existing events from your calendar.
• Notification Access
  • Purpose: To send reminders 3 days before events you have set up in the App.
  • Data Handling: Notifications are generated locally on your device based on the reminder settings you create.
  • Control: You can disable notifications for Vaww in your device settings at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

Vaww does not integrate with third-party analytics tools, advertising networks, social media platforms, or data-sharing services. The App operates entirely independently, with no external data sharing or tracking.

The only external interaction may be when you choose to share gift cards or messages via your device's native sharing options (e.g., email, messaging apps) – this is initiated by you, and Vaww does not access or monitor the content you share.

6. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of this data depends on your device's security measures (e.g., passcode, biometric authentication, encryption). We recommend using device security features to protect your data.

Vaww does not encrypt locally stored data, as it is designed to be easily accessible to you within the App. If you lose or replace your device, any locally stored Vaww data will not be recoverable unless you have backed up your device through your operating system's backup features (e.g., iCloud, Google Drive).

7. Children's Privacy

Vaww is intended for use by individuals of all ages, but we recognize the importance of protecting children's privacy. Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no risk of children's personal information being shared or misused through the App.

Parents or guardians should supervise children's use of the App to ensure they do not add personal details to messages that they do not wish to share when printing or distributing gift cards.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App's features or privacy practices. Any updates will be posted within the App and will take effect immediately upon posting.

We will not make material changes to our privacy practices (e.g., starting to collect personal data) without clearly notifying users through in-app alerts and updating this policy to reflect the new practices.

9. Your Control Over Your Data

At any time, you may:

• Revoke any optional permissions granted to Vaww through your device settings.
• Delete individual saved messages, reminders, or customized content within the App.
• Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored Vaww data from your device.
• Request information about how Vaww handles device permissions by contacting our support email.

We do not maintain any backups of your data, so all data management is entirely in your hands.
